These Terms govern your use of Council Tax Saver ("Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
We provide tools to help check potential council tax discounts and generate letters. We do not provide financial, tax or legal advice.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 16+ years old
- You must use the Service lawfully
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancel anytime via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Review and edit letters before sending
- Submit documents to the correct council
6. No legal advice
Templates are guidance only. They are not professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
- No fraud or abuse
- No copying or reselling content without permission
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
